L'Orchestre Brésilien Ritmo Da Bossa - Bossa Nova (195?)

Hello, Good Night! What a hot day in Rio. It seems that we will have a HOT summer this year. I don't know if the season has started officially, but today was as hot as January. I need to understand what is my problem with summer, maybe some kind of blood pressure decay on hot days. zecalouro loves it, demanding much more attention. In the other hand, I feel like collapsing.

Why am I telling this story? Blame it on summer...

Well, let's start the day with another Jean do Trombone post. Amazing post by the way, completely unknown and really nice. This is L'Orchestre Brésilien Ritmo Da Bossa - Bossa Nova (195?), for Barclay, astonishing instrumental 10' from France. Wonderful renditions of Bossa Nova tunes, the kind of record that makes you think who is behind it. Jean do Trombone said that it was the first Brazilian record he bought in 1965, responsible for dragging him to Brazilian music until today. Thanks for this one Jean. Tracks include:

01 - Desafinado
02 - Saudade da Bahia
03 - Fala Amor
04 - Murmurio
05 - Corcovado
06 - Samba de Uma Nota So
07 - Chega de Saudade
08 - Choro Sim
09 - Meditacao
10 - Recado
