Pat Thomas - Desafinado

It is amazing that Caetano has this LP and I'm very happy to share and introduce Pat Thomas and the music of Lalo Schifrin by this rare and obscure record. This is the first release of an international singer at this new journey of international Bossa Nova music. I'm not sure, but I think that many friends all around the world never had the chance to hear Pat Thomas. Let's see what happens here.

This is Pat Thomas - Desafinado (60's), for MGM, featuring the obscure Chicago singer Pat Thomas, the arrangements of Lalo Schifrin and the production of Creed Taylor. Personnel listing is also of note, which includes the guitar of Laurindo Almeida and the flute of Bud Shank, among others. This is self-explanatory, a true jewel kindly sent by Caetano to Loronixers. Tracks include:

Personnel

Bud Shank (flute), Al Hendrickson and Laurindo Almeida (guitar), Buddy Clark (bass), Mel Lewis (drums), Frank Flynn, Mel Lewis, Frank Guerrero and Jack Del Rio (drums and percussion), Gerald Vinci, Amerigo Marino, Victor Arno, Paul Shure, Erno Neufeld and Robert Barene (violin), Joseph DiFiore and Alvin Dinkin (viola), Armand Kaproff and Edgar Lustgarden (cello) and Lalo Schifrin (arranger and conductor).
