In this case it was completely different, the Loronixer who made the contribution asked for a personal delivering, so I had to met him on an agreed spot close to my place and now we have this sought-after LP asked by Beto Kessel, The Ambassador, on a very good quality. Thanks Beto Kessel and thanks to the anonymous Loronixer.

With all respect to people involved on this post and to the interpret who certainly is great, but what has this album to do with Brazilian music and bossa nova...???
ReplyDeleteAnonymous.
ReplyDeleteGood point.
The answer is: this album has nothing to do with Brazilian Music and Bossa Nova. I agree 100% with you.
However, the record is great, different and flawless. Why not making?
It is all about music.
Cheers, zeca
I would be surprised if we have a Ivete Sangalo post, not a Duke one...
ReplyDeleteCbox ?
:-)
Grande Abraço, Mestre!
ReplyDeletezeca
PS.: viu como ele não está bem? Esqueceu de assinar!
Então podemos divulgar os nossos jazzeiros. E bluseiros. A sério.
Empreendimentos Artísticos Ltda.) gravado no Estúdio Matrix - SP.
Que tal?
Posso mandar o rapidshare?
Ou Big File?
Abraços momescos.
(Momo? Marchinhas de Carnaval? Por que não?)
g picanco,
Qualquer dúvida eu jogo aquela boia vermelha e branca.
Abraços, zeca
I guess that this post could start a Loronix revolution. Not "Bossa Nova"? How dreadful.
ReplyDeleteAre we such bigots that good music should not be recognized wherever you find it. This record has been in the jazzman's collection for a long time. It is an excellent jazz record. Full of swing and big joyous sounds. Don't be put off by the fact that it is not Bossa Nova. Grab it while you can and rejoice in the music.
ReplyDeleteLembrando Nelson Rodrigues: "toda unanimidade é burra!"...
ReplyDelete:-)
what is jazz?
ReplyDeleteDear Zecalouro,
ReplyDeleteHow absolutley delightful a surprise to find this album here: It's very, very rare, you know - VERY hard to get, and has always eluded me, 'til today @ Loronix (what a surprise!).
I happen to know that Stephane Grappelli himself could never find this record, and was always asking for a copy!
Many thanks,
RED (Ireland).
