I was wondering, if I write down a list with names of friends who have asked for this LP since Loronix started, perhaps we could embrace Maracana. Several reasons were keeping it for later, I never found the LP, no hi-res cover artwork was available, posted first a Quimsy (http://quimsy.blogspot.com), etc. A couple of days ago, Mr. Bapt said that he and several friends of Loronix would be the happiest music fan in the world with this post. That's the reason I was looking for.This is Erlon Chaves e Orquestra Saint Moritz - Procura-se uma Virgem - OST (1971), for CID, supposed to be one of the most sought after Erlon Chaves LP. This OST was recorded to a Brazilian movie, Procura-se uma Virgem and features only Erlon Chaves compositions performed by Orquestra Saint Moritz. I'm very curious to see what should happen with this very requested release. Tracks include:

ReplyDeleteIn Spain, at the middle of the XXth Century, a satirical writer called Enrique Jardiel Poncela wrote a book called "Pero, ¿hubo alguna vez cien mil vírgenes?". The translation could be, more or less: "But, there were sometimes a hundred thousand virgins?" I recomend this splendid author to you, if you can find their books translated to your language. He was superb!
