Waldir Calmon e Seu Conjunto - Cha Dancante (1956)

This is the second 10-inch of the night, featuring Waldir Calmon, a true legend and perhaps the most important Brazilian artist in the Para Dancar style. Waldir Calmon plays with different genres and this album is dedicated to Caribbean music, full of percussion and really dancing. Let's see.

This is Waldir Calmon e Seu Conjunto - Cha Dancante (1956), for Copacabana, the first out of a series "Cha Dancante" albums. Waldir Calmon is backed by Conjunto, with no credits to musicians. Side A is made for dance, with a non-stop medley of five songs while side B features 4 tunes with tracks separation. Tracks include:
