Very nice. This is Dizzy Gilliespie's United Nations Orchestra with an international cast of musicians: Brazilian Claudio Roditi on trumpet, Cuban Arturo Sandoval with the fluegelhorn solo, North American Steve Turre on trombone and others. I would guess late 1980s, maybe early 90s.
