This is Bob Fleming Quartet - Sax Espetacular (1958), for Musidisc, featuring Moacyr Silva tenor sax with not credited musicians assembled on a quartet with sax, bass, drums and piano. Taking in consideration the release date, there is a great possibility of Chaim Lewak at the piano, being the remaining drummer and bassist a guessing exercise, since several different musicians were credited on late 50's Moacyr Silva albums. Tracks include:
- Fascination (F. D. Marchetti)
- Indian Summer (V. Herbert / A. Dubin)
- Can't I (L. Levett)
- Sonny Boy (A. Johnson / De Sylva / L. Brown)
- There Goes My Heart (B. Davis / A. Silver)
- Tammy (Jay Livingston / R. Evans)
- It's Not For Me To Say (A. Stillman / R. Allen)
- Around The World In 80 Days (V. Young)
- A Portrait Of Jeannie (J. R. Robinson / G. Burdge)
- So Rare (J. Sharpe / J. Herst)
- E'bello (Vignali / Danpa)
- Whithout a Song (W. Rose / V. Youmsn)

I have to agree about the cover: alone, it is worth the post. Many thanks!
