Thelma - Thelma (1965)

Thelma Soares or just Thelma is a Brazilian singer that probably many Brazilians had never heard about. Thelma started his career in the early 60's sponsored by Baden Powell and Vinicius de Moraes. Both meet Thelma attending her performance in Sao Paulo, at the nightclub Baiuca.

This is Thelma - Thelma (1965), for CBS, Thelma debut LP, produced by Vinicius de Moraes and Marcos Valle. Vinicius de Moraes wrote the linear notes of this album with enthusiastic words about Thelma and this record, plenty of Baden Powell, Vinicius de Moraes and Marcos Valle compositions. Thelma had a fast start with support from renowned people, but what happened with her since then? She released another LP in the following hear and other two spare releases in the 80s.
