This LP brings an important fact to Loronixers. Isaura Garcia was a very popular singer in Brazil and was married with Walter Wanderley for some years.
Isaura had on some of her LPs the help of Walter Wanderley. This is Isaura Garcia e Walter Wanderley e Seu Conjunto - Saudade Querida (1960), double entertainment: get along with Isaura Garcia and evaluate a early and relaxed Walter Wanderley.

Many thanks, zecalouro.
The name (especially the family name: García) and the look of this singer is quite "Spanish-like". Does she have Spanish ancestors?
The sound of the electric organ is very typical of this kind of music in the 50's to 60's transition. This LP and that one of Mario Reis (posted on July 03, 2006) have the "taste" of the music that my parents used to dance together. Memories of my childhood.
Zamurozien,
I don't have a clue. She was daughter of the famous painter Jose Pancetti, which has an Italian name.
Probably, this Garcia is not her real name. There are a lot of Spanish and Portuguese people in Brazil.
zecalouro is a mix of a Spanish mother with a Portuguese daddy...
zecalouro
What a surprise! zamurozien is from Venezuela (a "zamuro" is a kind of little vulture from this country) but has Spanish parents, and now is living in Spain.
Zamuro,
No sé hablar español. Nací en el Brasil.

Well, nobody is perfect (big smile)
Hi,Milian!
How are you? This cover is fine! :-)
I never heard about this tribute to Dolores Duran and Martinho da Vila by Isaura Garcia.
I will check it out, it has been a long time since the last Isaura Garcia release.
Cheers, zeca
