Some infos on the one of the most underrated pianist/arrangers I can think of.

Since a few decades - and despite various sojourns in South Africa - Izio lives in Frankfurt (Germany).

In Europe and in the last 20 years Izio worked a lot with Dom Um Romao and - Uruguayan (?) - tenor-sax player Wilson "Gigi" d'Oliveira - among many many other "giants".

Thank you.

I just discovered Izio on a cd made in Germany in 1993 and called 'Big Apple 42nd Street'
Great pianist and pleased to get this one here.
