Hello, good evening! Loronix released nice Christmas albums this year. I have been wondering... why not release New Year's Eve albums? They don't exist, but in my understanding, a New Years Eve album - or Reveillon, as we use to call in Brazil - should be something dancing, groovy enough to bring happiness on every party. This is really the best what Loronix has to offer, Maestro Edson Frederico in charge of Banda Metalurgica Dragao de Ipanema performing dancing renditions of 30 Brazilian songs in the "reveillon style". This is Edson Frederico & Banda Metalurgica Dragao de Ipanema - Music Pra-Pular Brasileira (1980), for Polydor. The album title defines the overall experience with this joke with the expression Musica Popular Brasileira changed to Musica Pra-Pular Brasileira, with Pra-Pular meaning "for jumping" or "for kicking around".
