It is decided and I took a lot of time to make it. Some friend advice was necessary and I hope this is the right choice, in spite of being the first time a entire day is dedicated to Brazilian singers, Luiz Roberto from os Cariocas, Edu Lobo and now Pery Ribeiro, the only artist shown with chronological criteria at Loronix, from the beginning to the end. The next Pery Ribeiro should be Bronzes e Cristais, considered one of his best albums. Unfortunately, still a missing piece.
This is Pery Ribeiro - Heranca (1973), for Odeon, featuring arrangements provided by Maestro J. T. Meirelles, orchestra arrangements by Maestro Gaya (track 03) and Francis Hime (track 11). Heranca also brings something unique, Se as Estrelas Falassem, the first Elizeth Cardoso composition I have ever seen recorded. Tracks include:
- Caminhemos (Herivelto Martins)
- Esperteza (Zé do Maranhão)
- Herança (Francis Hime / Paulo César Pinheiro)
- Segredo (Herivelto Martins / Marino Pinto)
- Se Pelo Menos Você Fosse Minha (Roberto Menescal / Paulinho Tapajós)
- Conclusão (Antônio Carlos Marques / Jocafi / Renato Lobo)
- Regina (Antônio Carlos Marques / Jocafi)
- Romântico do Caribe (Gonzaguinha)
- Tudo Acabado (J. Piedade / Osvaldo de Oliveira Martins)
- Bandeira Branca (Max Nunes / Laércio Alves)
- Réquiem (Emmanuel) (M. Colombier / Vrs. Paulo César Pinheiro)
- Se as Estrelas Falassem (Elizeth Cardoso)
