I think friends are getting used as I'm used to these 78rpm releases, original scheduled to be a once in a week feature and now part of daily Loronix business as usual. It is very nice to show these albums and also very easy. As we are starting, there is always an opportunity to show a never released artist in the format and I'm trying to make only great names at this beginning, such as Os Cariocas.
This is Os Cariocas - 78rpm | 15893 (1948), for Copacabana, a very old record featuring on side A, Nova Ilusao and a classic tune on side B, Adeus America. I think this one will be the most popular among the 78-rpm released so far. Tracks include:
01 - Noa Ilusao (Jose Menezes / Luiz Bittencourt)
02 - Adeus America (Geraldo Jacques / Haroldo Barbosa)

"Hey, bop a re bop!" What a great record! And the quality of the recording is very good too. My original introduction to this song was Joao Gilberto, so this is of course quite different.
