This is a unique chance to show Loronixers the music I have and never make me confident to share. There are several reasons for this lack of confidence, mainly lack of information. Let's take advantage of the situation, everybody is now watching TV, looking at the Carnaval Parade, others are traveling, etc. This is the day, let's start.
This is Mandrake Som - Sombossa (1975). Personnel is unknown and there is a great chance that Mandrake is the drummer or percussionist. The music is a top-notch instrumental Bossa Jazz with some African accent. I recommend, just to play with your curiosity and put your finger to work on discover these guys. We have a deal this time. Tracks include:
01 - Eu nao Quero Nem Saber
02 - Soul Samba
03 - Insensatez
04 - Arrastao
05 - Deixa Isso pra La
06 - Reza
07 - Berimbau
08 - O dia em que eu Morrer

Zeca,
Mandrake was indeed based in Italy and recorded with many brasilian and jazz artist in the 70s including guitarist Irio de Paula on the legendary Horo label.
He was also percussionist on Os Brazoes LP...
